Process
How we work, from the first call to the walkthrough.
Weather, access, and what we find under the old shingles can change the schedule. The order does not: inspect, write the scope, do the work, then review it with you.
01
Conversation
You tell us what you see, how long it has been going on, and what worries you. Phone photos help. They do not replace a visit.
02
Visit and inspection
We review the roof, penetrations, flashing, and, when access allows, the attic. We record what is observable — not what cannot be seen.
03
Written proposal
Scope, intended materials, and what the job does and does not include. No oral fine print: if it is not written, it is not promised.
04
Scheduling
We set a date around weather and access. A roof is not installed well in active rain or on a soaked deck.
05
Installation
We install in order: deck, ice barrier, underlayment, flashing, shingles, ridge, and ventilation. At the end we pick up nails and debris.
06
Final walkthrough
We walk the job with you and review the photos. Anything still open is written down — not left as “we’ll see later.”
Want us to look at your roof?
A visit is not a purchase. It is to see what a photo cannot show, then talk numbers and scope in writing.
