Roof replacement
When the roof is at the end of its life, or the wood underneath is damaged, we remove the existing roof and install a new one — layer by layer.
Services
Plus ventilation and storm photos. We look at the house first, then write the scope. If the job is not for us, we say so.

01
When the roof is at the end of its life, or the wood underneath is damaged, we remove the existing roof and install a new one — layer by layer.

02
Localized leaks, loose shingles, or damaged flashing. We find the cause first. We do not just cover the stain.

03
We walk the roof, check the attic when we can, and photograph the details that matter. You leave with photos and a clear account of what we saw — and what we cannot know without opening more.

04
Cooler air should enter under the eaves (soffit) and warmer air should leave at the peak (ridge). A well-planned upgrade helps with heat and moisture. A poorly planned one can make the attic worse.

05
We photograph the visible condition of the roof so you have a record. You handle the claim with your insurer. We are not public adjusters.

06
Beyond roofing, ALVTA takes on related residential construction. The scope is written into each project before we start.
Photos help us prepare. A visit is how we know for sure.
