ALVTA Roofing & Construction (“ALVTA,” “we,” “us”) issues this card so you can share a neighbor offer. This card is not cash, not a balance, and not a promise that a thank-you has already been earned. These Referrer Terms explain when a thank-you may be issued and how the card must not be used.
1. What this card is
The card and QR let a neighbor open ALVTA’s neighbor offer with your referral number already filled in.
Sharing the card does not create a job, a discount, or a thank-you. Nothing is owed just because someone scanned it or submitted a form.
2. How a thank-you is earned
A thank-you is considered only after all of this is true: the neighbor used your valid code at first contact; ALVTA inspected; a qualifying roof replacement was signed; ALVTA completed that job; and ALVTA has been paid in full for it.
ALVTA decides whether the work qualifies. Until the job is complete and collected, no thank-you is earned.
3. What does not qualify
Inspections, repairs, leak patches, ventilation-only work, cancelled jobs, no-shows, and work ALVTA did not perform do not qualify.
If we decline the job after seeing the house, nothing is owed.
4. Not on your own house
You cannot use your own code on your own property, phone, or household. A thank-you is only for a different neighbor.
5. Misuse voids the program
Do not invent codes, copy a number that is not yours, buy or sell leads, spam, or submit false names and phones.
If we reasonably believe the card is being abused, we may close the code, mark leads invalid, and refuse any thank-you.
6. One thank-you per qualifying job
The first recorded code on that neighbor’s request is the one that counts. Switching signs later does not create a second thank-you.
7. ALVTA’s call
ALVTA may change or end this program at any time. These Terms do not require us to issue a thank-you on any particular job.
